Liquid Smokes

Grayson Liquid Smokes are designed to enhance the flavour, colour and texture of meat, poultry, seafood, ham & bacon amongst a wide range of other food products. They can be applied to create uniform smoky flavour and colour of your products without the need of smokehouse.

They can be used both internally and externally while facilitating minimal loss of nitrates and effects on bindings.

Powdered Smokes

Our smoke powders are versatile, easy to apply and impart a smoke flavour without the need for an external smoking aid.

Powders are great for mixing in with flavourings/ spices and simply in cooking mixtures such as pizza dough.

Our smoke powders are derived from real Mesquite, Beech and Hickory timbers producing an authentic flavour when imparted unto foods.
